AI Prompt Playbooks: How HR Professionals Can Integrate AI into Daily Activities to Boost Productivity

AI is changing the way HR professionals approach daily tasks, from drafting emails to handling employee inquiries. By using AI, HR teams save time, reduce errors, and can focus on strategic initiatives and action.

We started from the job description of an HR generalist and extracted the most common tasks that can be automated with AI. Below are categories and example prompts that can be used in daily HR activities. Between the square brackets [] you will find suggestions for completing the prompts.

You can use these prompts as you wish, modifying or adapting them for the specific needs of your team or organization. We actually encourage you to do so.
