Weekly winners from every hub, without asking support
A manager running a competition across several offices wrote to us with three questions that every organiser eventually asks. Can you send me the weekly winners from all our hubs on Monday morning? Are previous winners really excluded from the next week? And are the results based only on this week's steps, not the total since the start? The answers were yes, yes and yes — but only our admins could see them. Now managers can.
Raffle results is a new page on your competition, one click from the manager view, with every week and every hub laid out the way you would announce them.
The rules, stated once
The page opens with the rules of your competition's raffles, read straight from its settings: how often a winner is picked, whether the best score wins or it is a random draw, how many winners per hub, whether past winners can win again, and the exact moment each draw happens. Every time on the page is in the competition's own timezone, so a manager in another country reads the same hour the rules promised.
One section per week, one card per hub
- Each week is a section headed by the pair of days that count for it — only the steps recorded inside that window, never the running total since the start
- Each hub in that week is a card. Once the week is drawn, the winner is printed by name with the points that won; until then, the card says when the draw happens
- Show standings opens the full ranking for that hub and week
Who can win, and why not
Every row in the standings carries an eligibility badge. Someone who already won an earlier week is marked Not eligible — Won week 2, so the question "why is our top walker not the winner?" answers itself. The same goes for a flagged account or a person an admin took out by hand; the reason is on the row, without the admin's notes.
One file for the announcement
Export CSV downloads a single file with every week, hub and participant on the page: rank, points, target, eligibility, the reason and the winner flag. Paste it into your announcement, your prize list or your HR report — no more copying names from six different cards.
Read-only by design
Managers can read everything and change nothing. Snapshots, draws, redraws and exclusions stay with the platform admins, exactly as before, so the results a manager sees are the results the engine produced. And in a competition shared by several organisations, a manager sees the standings of their own organisation only; ranks and winners are always for the whole hub.
