The Troy arc
Not a hero's journey. Seven of them.
The Iliad is not one story β it is dozens, layered over the same ten years of siege. Most walking challenges give you the warrior's view. This arc gives you all of them: the king on the rooftop at dawn, the wife at the weaving loom, the captive on the shore who has nothing left but the tide.
Each challenge follows a full story arc β ten milestones, ten chapters, a companion animal who walks with you, and micro-actions at every step that are yours to do in the world.
The writing is in English and Romanian. The tone is literary, second-person, present tense. You are not reading about these people. You are walking as them.

Seven voices from the same war
Each challenge is written from the inside of a single life β not from above the battlefield, but from the courtyard, the wall, the shore.
Priam β The Vigil
An elderly king at dawn, the city quiet below him, a white dove on the parapet. Theme: bearing weight with dignity, finding peace in small acts of care.
Hector β The Gate
A warrior at the threshold of the city he is trying to protect. Theme: love as daily strength, showing up, protecting what matters.
Paris β The Road
A young man on a winding hillside road, a golden finch on his hand. Theme: the weight of choices, finding beauty as a practice, honesty with yourself.
Achilles β The Shore
A silver dolphin, white cliffs, a coastline that runs as far as you dare. Theme: channeling brilliance into something lasting, depth over speed.
Helen β The Walls
The high walls of Troy at early morning, before the arguments begin. Theme: finding your own face beneath what the world has made of you.
Andromache β The Loom
A courtyard, a fig tree, a turtle dove on the branch, a child at the water jar. Theme: love as daily work and courage, grief alongside joy.
Briseis β The Shore
A grey sandpiper at the tide line. The camp behind. The open sea ahead. Theme: what cannot be taken, interior freedom, the ground that stays.

After Troy, the war is over but the stories continue β from the palace where patience is a kind of war, to the island where love learns to release.
Penelope β The Loom
A barn owl above the warp. A cloth woven by day and undone by night. Theme: patience as active resistance, holding a life together.
Telemachus β The Ship
A young sea eagle learning its wings. A son who finds his voice before his father. Theme: coming of age before you know who you are.
Circe β The Island
A grey wolf at the herb garden's edge. Power meeting its limit on Aeaea. Theme: choosing what kind of creature to be.
Calypso β The Shore
An ancient sea turtle at the waterline. Seven years of holding, then letting go. Theme: love that releases as the deepest act of care.
Nausicaa β The River
A white heron at the washing stones. A princess who stays when the others run. Theme: generosity without expectation, the sacred in the broken.

Questions about checkout and the app
You will receive a payment confirmation from Stripe. We link your purchase to the email you entered at checkout and add a challenge token to that account. Sign in to the app with the same email to use it.
After checkout completes, open STEPathON, sign in with the email you used at purchase, open the challenge you bought, and tap Join. Your token is applied when you join.
We use your email to connect your Stripe payment to your STEPathON account and to deliver your redemption flow securely. Using the same email avoids mismatches that delay access.
Yes. Install STEPathON on the devices you use day to day and sign in with the same account. Your steps and challenge progress stay tied to your profile.
Payment terms follow our published policies. For withdrawal and refund rights that may apply to your purchase, review the documents linked from our Terms page (including the Right to withdrawal policy where applicable). If you need help with a refund or access after purchase, email support@stepathon.io and we will help resolve it, including refunds where our policies allow.
